Our story
Domino Projektai was established in 2005. Throughout its history, the company has continuously evolved, adapting to new market opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on long-term value creation.
For many years, the company's core business was the acquisition and sale of forest properties throughout Lithuania. Building on this experience, Domino Projektai expanded into land acquisition, management and sales, developing a deep understanding of the Lithuanian real estate market and investment landscape.
In recent years the company has moved to residential and commercial development: modern residential communities, townhouses, commercial premises and office buildings. Rather than competing in the mass market, we mostly build mid to upper market developments that combine considered architecture, functional layouts, quality materials and long-term investment value. Every project is planned carefully and run with financial discipline.
